2. REGISTRATION OF ATTENDEES
Breaking-News-Arabia.com accepts attendee registrations subject to the following terms and conditions. The full delegate fee is payable immediately upon reservation. Breaking-News-Arabia.com reserves the right to reject or refuse any registration at its sole discretion. If Breaking-News-Arabia.com declines a registration, the delegate will receive a refund of the delegate fee paid. Breaking-News-Arabia.com reserves the right to deny entry to any registered delegate for any event or related function. No refund will be given in such cases. Breaking-News-Arabia.com reserves the right to modify the content of the event or function, including speakers and specific subject matter, within the parameters of the event’s title/concept. Breaking-News-Arabia.com also reserves the right to change the venue within a 50km radius of the original location. Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 30 days prior to the event for a full refund. For cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the event, a 50% refund of the delegate fee will be issued. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the event, regardless of the date of registration. Breaking-News-Arabia.com‘s liability to the delegate will not exceed the value of the delegate fee paid, regardless of the cause.
Event Management
Breaking-news-arabia.com accepts Event Management orders from clients subject to the following terms of sale.
Payment terms for Event Management fees are 50% upon confirmation and the balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
All Event Management orders are subject to the acceptance of Breaking-news-arabia.com and it may refuse Event Management at its sole discretion.
All Event Management contracts are bound to the agreed services and benefits only and no commitment can be given as part of a contract or order to ensure the inclusion of any editorial material.
All intellectual property rights, including any moral right, associated with photographs, graphics or copies or any other content or editorial created by Breaking-news-arabia.com which may be included in the event belong to Breaking-news-arabia.com and remain the property of Breaking-news-arabia.com at all times. Breaking-news-arabia.com grants the client a non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for the client’s use only of any photographs, editorial material, graphics, videos or any other materials that may be provided or offered as part of the Event Management. Breaking-news-arabia.com acknowledges that all intellectual property rights belonging to the client prior to the managed event belong to the client. The client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights belonging to Breaking-news-arabia.com prior to the event belong to Breaking-news-arabia.com.
It is the responsibility of the client to provide complete information required by the Event Management agreement and on the dates requested by Breaking-news-arabia.com.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received via email to [email protected] 90 days prior to the date of the first official benefit of the Event Management, otherwise full payment of the Event Management fees is due. These cancellation terms apply regardless of the date of the Event Management order or contract.
Breaking-news-arabia.com’s liability to the client will be limited to the amount of Breaking-news-arabia.com’s invoice for Event Management fees for any action or claim brought by the client, regardless of the reason.
Exhibition Space
Breaking-news-arabia.com accepts orders for Exhibition Space from clients under the following terms of sale.
Payment terms for the total amount shown are 50% upon confirmation, with the balance to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the opening day of the exhibition.
All exhibition space is sold subject to acceptance by Breaking-news-arabia.com, and the company may decline exhibition space bookings at its sole discretion.
Positioning of the reserved exhibition space/stand is at the sole discretion of Breaking-news-arabia.com, except where a specific location has been agreed in writing by the company.
All contracts for Exhibition Space are related to space (and shell stand, if applicable) only.
Providing complete and approved information (such as logos, etc.) is the responsibility of the client unless there is an agreement in writing for Breaking-news-arabia.com to create or amend stand details. A charge may be made for any design or production work required if complete material or information is not supplied.
Information/stand details must be received 60 days prior to the date of the first exhibition day. If information/stand details are not supplied in due time, Breaking-news-arabia.com shall not be held responsible for any failure to produce the agreed information.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received by email at [email protected] 90 days prior to the date of the first exhibition day, otherwise full payment for the reserved Exhibition Space is due.
If Exhibition Space is booked less than 30 days prior to the event, cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of booking and not less than 48 hours prior to the first day of the exhibition.
Breaking-news-arabia.com’s liability to the client shall be limited to the amount of Breaking-news-arabia.com’s invoice for the Exhibition Space for any action or claim brought by the client howsoever caused.

Lead Generation Breaking-News-Arabia.com accepts lead generation orders according to the following sales terms.
Scope of Work This means any information and advertising material provided by the advertiser to Breaking-News-Arabia.com that describes any criteria or specifications that Breaking-News-Arabia.com will use to provide leads to the advertiser under this agreement. The advertiser and Breaking-News-Arabia.com will agree on the scope of work before any services are provided. In case of conflict or dispute, the sales terms of this agreement shall always prevail over the scope of work.
Definition of a Lead “Leads” refer to any record that Breaking-News-Arabia.com submits to advertisers as part of the provision of services for payment. The leads will be classified as either content syndication, double-touch MQL, MQL plus, and BANT according to the criteria (which will be documented in the scope of work or by email) agreed upon between Breaking-News-Arabia.com and the advertisers.
Service Specification Before starting any campaign and following the advertiser’s completion of the order form, the advertiser must provide Breaking-News-Arabia.com with a completed scope of work detailing their requirements. These requirements must include the necessary criteria defining a lead, and once Breaking-News-Arabia.com and the advertiser have both agreed upon the necessary criteria, either in the scope of work or through official written notice (such as email), the campaign may commence.
6. SPONSORSHIP
Breaking-News-Arabia.com accepts orders for Sponsorship of Events under the following general terms of sale. Payment terms for the Sponsorship package ordered are 50% on confirmation, the balance to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the date of the sponsored event. Breaking-News-Arabia.com may decline Sponsorship at its own discretion. Breaking-News-Arabia.comreserves the right to manage, change, control and dispose of all aspects of the event being sponsored in its sole discretion. If Breaking-News-Arabia.com cancels the event, any monies paid by the sponsor shall be refunded by Breaking-News-Arabia.com in full and final settlement. All contracts for sponsorship are related to sponsor benefits only and no undertaking can be given as part of a contract that guarantees any editorial material in any publication. Editorial material is always published at the Editor’s discretion. All intellectual property rights, including any moral rights, associated with photographs, graphics or copy or any other editorial created by Breaking-News-Arabia.com that might be included in the sponsorship belong to Breaking-News-Arabia.com and remain with Breaking-News-Arabia.com at all times. Breaking-News-Arabia.com grants to the sponsor a non-commercial non-exclusive non-transferable licence for use by the sponsor only for any photographs, editorial material, graphics videos or other material that might be supplied or offered as part of the sponsorship package. Breaking-News-Arabia.com acknowledges that all Intellectual Property owned or claimed by the Client prior to the Event being sponsored belongs to the Client. The Client acknowledges that all intellectual Property owned or claimed by Breaking-News-Arabia.com prior to the sponsored event belongs to Breaking-News-Arabia.com. Providing complete and approved sponsorship information is the responsibility of the Client unless there is an agreement in writing for Breaking-News-Arabia.com to create or amend the artwork. A charge may be made for any design or production work required if complete material or information is not supplied. Sponsorship information must be received 60 days prior to the event date. Cancellations: Cancellations must be received by email to [email protected] 60 days prior to the date of the first official sponsor benefit, otherwise full payment for the sponsorship is due.
